| If you like bowling and having loads of fun, you belong on the Gutter Dusters Bowling League. One thing that makes our league more fun and unique, is our “Leo” award. This weekly award is by nomination and is not strictly for bowling. It may be someone who bowled a 100 pins or more under average for the night, or started with a 220 game and went to a 120 game next. It might be the league secretary who had the scores laying by her computer for the 2 week Christmas vacation and never got them put in the computer until 10 minutes before bowling was supposed to start. It might even be the bowler who bought groceries and went home without them. Bowlers get nominated for this award for a variety of reasons. The “Leo” gets to throw the first ball of the evening and if he/she gets a strikes, earns a drink from the lounge. All of us cheer each other on, and have lots of fun.
